Welcome

Welcome to my newborn blog Life Beyond Boundaries.
I don't feel like introducing myself at this moment, so I'll tell you right away what this is all about.
For the people who might have this in mind...

...this might not be the right blog for you, although I will try my best to keep the reading experience enjoyable. This might mean that the occasional tits is not out of the unthinkable, although I can not guarantee it.

Now, the first reason why I decided to create this blog, is because from today on I'm creating a new habit, that's quite out of the ordinary. I've changed and created new habits before, like studying according to a schedule, creating the habbit of eating pretty healthy food overall, not watching any more porn (didn't last ages though <=O ). This habbit however, is going to be more difficult than many of the other ones all together, and that's one of the biggest reasons why I decided to make this blog. When doing something which requires mad discipline (not 'that' kind of discipline, sigh...), social leverage might be just the push in the back I need in order not to fall back into old habits.

Now, the thing I'm trying to do is changing my sleeping habits dramatically. With dramatically, I mean dramatically. I've changed my sleeping habits before, trying to sleep more effective by drinking more water or whatever, but although that stuff gave me a bit more energy during the day, that didn't really reduce the amount of sleep that I needed that much.
Long story short, my goal is to go from an average of 8.31 hours of sleep a day to exactly 2 hours of sleep a day, longterm! I'm not going to reduce my sleep time by substracting 1 minute every day or any sissy way like that, I'm going for the short pain.

You might be asking yourself how the hell I'm going to reduce my sleeping time from 8 to 2 hours in one single day. Well... that's also what this blog is for.
I'll be explaining the method that I will use in future posts.
I can already say one thing. Once I set a goal, I don't give up that easily, and I've rarely failed on goals that were within my control.

Although my plan is solid, I might still need a fair share of good luck. Wish me plenty.
